CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is necessary, the policy depends on how the student registered for the course.
If the student enrolled through a school or outside organization, any refunds or credits will be determined by that school or institution.

If the student enrolled directly with Rosie Marie Therapies (d/b/a Advocate Self Care) notification of cancellation, transfer to an alternate date, or a future credit request must be made by emailing [email protected]

  • A full refund, less $25 processing, will be provided up to two weeks prior to the course.
  • At 14 days to 72 hours prior, a 50% refund will be provided.
  • At 72 hours prior and under, no refund or transfer will be provided.
  • If the student does not attend the event or notify their cancellation by email (which includes confirmation of notification from Rosie Marie Therapies) no refund, transfer or future credit accommodations will be made.

A class is eligible for transfer or credit one time.
Class transfers or credits are not eligible for refunds. 

In the unlikely event that the host cancels the course, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be processed to the originating payment method within 5-10 business days.

If the course does not meet minimum enrollment to proceed, students will be notified 72 hours prior and a full refund or credit toward the next scheduled class will be offered.

ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

We are interested in providing access to courses for all interested individuals. 

If the student requires accommodations they must disclose these needs at the time of enrollment so that efforts can be made to support the student. We will endeavor to provide any reasonable accommodation requests. 

Classes are held at a variety of locations, including one with stairs & no elevator, and another with only street parking.

Courses are meant to be experienced in real-time. Materials & instruction are for enrolled student use only. The use of recording devices is prohibited.
